Forex Training Course

Accepting that it is unwise to begin to trade without having first undergone a Forex training course the quandary is “which course do I undertake?”

The Internet offers a plethora of courses ranging from Seminars, Educational Courses on a semi residential basis, traditional online courses, software courses to individual mentoring. All have a high availability percentage and will offer differing approaches and degrees of integrity. Some are a combination of more than one approach. The difficulty is in determining which is best for you, whilst at the same time realising that the most expensive is not always the best.

Seminars are generally held over a period of one or two days and will allow the participants time to not only to listen to the tutors and absorb the material issues at the Forex training course, but will also allow for both questions and answers as well as the working out of a variety of strategies. It may well be that one is offered real time examples.

Educational Courses only differ from seminars, in that they generally tend to be over three days or more and will give the participants more time to practice what they are being taught and to have a higher degree of tutor/participant reaction. They may suit the person who learns better by working from examples.

Traditional online Forex training courses are those where the package is purchased, albeit that sometimes no money is involved, from the training company, and they will give you access to their website and in almost all cases some working examples, often referred to as dummy accounts. Some of these examples may be real time. Interaction with a tutor is feature of these courses.

Software courses are those where one can purchase a software package and in the comfort of one’s own home study the information and work on examples. They differ from online training in that there is traditionally no interaction facility. You are effectively “on your own”.

Individual mentoring is an intense and costly approach in that you will agree an hourly fee of fixed fee with the experienced mentor and will be reliant upon him to supply you with material for study, as well as mentoring you through strategies which will be founded on his thinking. The quality of mentoring will be variable and may be beyond that of the beginner. Testimonials should be made available.

The type of FOREX training course one undertakes requires careful consideration.
